Planning
- Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster
- Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets
- Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster
Strengthen relationships with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Manage & enhance relationships with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks
- Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales
- Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks
Sales growth and cost management
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster
- Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional
campaigns within the Cluster
- Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business managers/ CROs the backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from the field force
- Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster.
People Management
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan
- Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs
- Ensure CROs meet their training requirements
- Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation in job responsibilities.
Selection Criteria:
1. Graduation
2. Min 4-5 years of Sales Experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance with Team Handling Skills.
3. Possessing strong leadership Skills.
4. Having an excellent performance track record
5. Should have a progressive career graph with good consistency.
