Recruiter Assistant Wanted Full TIme We are seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join our Recruitment team! You will be responsible for helping our recruiters' job candidates follow up with their job applications. This is a permanent work from home position. 100% remote. Objective of Position: Help job applicants complete their job applications and help onboard healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: - Follow up on job applicants applications by phone call and text
- Provide Customer Service for job applicants to complete their job applications
- Data entry into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Call job candidates to obtain professional credentials and information and follow up on after they have completed their interviews
- Confirm Interviews with job candidates and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve job applicant tech issues and concerns
- Document and update job applicant records based on interactions
- Send follow up emails to clients and job candidates
- Send out over 300 texts a day to job candidates
Qualifications: - Previous 2 years of experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Customer Success, Tech Support, customer service, sales, administrative assistant or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Must know how to use a computer and type 50 words per minute
- Must know how to use Calendly or Outlook Calendar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must own a computer
- Must own a cell with unlimited text
- Must have a strong WiFi Connection
- Must be able to work from home 100% of the time
- Must be able to speak fluent English
- Must have a pleasant personality
- Must be a team player
- Must be energetic, ambitious, be driven and manage stress well
Salary is $30,000-$40,000 per year + bonus. 401k Plan available after 1 year 10 Days PTO M to F 9-5 pm 1 hour lunch break Email us your resume to apply!
