Requirements

The Miami office of Kubicki Draper is seeking a Legal Recruiter to support the firm's hiring efforts. This role will assist with developing recruitment strategies, attracting and hiring legal and non-legal personnel, as well as develop strategies to retain employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to communicate clearly and effectively via telephone and e-mail and able to work independently. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-faceted, deadline-oriented environment.

• Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience (2 in a law firm setting preferred)
• Human Resources background
• Experience recruiting attorneys as well as legal support personnel.
• Experience working with ATS highly desired.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment.
• Expereiance supporting executive level hiring managers.
