They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain data pipelines,
• Working on mutually agreed profiles / segment
• connecting with clients and having constant follow up with candidates
• Being super-active on Social Media Platforms (Linkedin / Facebook etc) and able to source candidates through them.
• Excellent communication skills / comfortable with connecting with candidates at different seniority levels.
• Well-read and in the habit of keeping him / her abreast with all the key happening / terms / trends in the industry.
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and growing setup.

• English Communication Skills - 3 to 4 out of 5
• People who have largely worked on mid to senior level Profiles in Manufacturing/Engineering industry.
• Qualification :- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech
• Work from Office ( 5.5 days working)- Dwarka, New Delhi
• Good in excel
