Are you seeking a different kind of recruiting position, one where you get to make a difference every day?

Then UCP Oregon might have the perfect job for you! UCP helps people who experience various developmental and intellectual disabilities to live the life of their dreams. For adults, we offer independent living, employment support, recreation, and case management. For families, we offer fun outings, connections to resources, and respite care. We have approximately 170 employees in the Portland area. Our culture is progressive, casual, open door, and fun.

As a Recruiter at UCP, you will often be filling entry level, direct care positions, hiring employees who will work one-on-one with children or adults who experience a disability.
