As a Bid & Proposal Recruiter, supporting the Talent Acquisition Team, you will be trusted to drive the recruiting efforts for new business pursuits across ACT1. To be successful in this role, you will need to move fast and enjoy a challenge! As a trusted Talent Acquisition Advisor to our lines of business, proposal, and business development teams, you will use your strong collaboration and communication skills to influence hiring decisions and activities, and effectively meet the organizations staffing needs. In this role, a typical day will include: - Perform complex tasks for a variety of professional and administrative recruiting functions to support identifying, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates and employees to effectively meet the organizations staffing requirements as it relates to Bid & Proposal efforts.
- Support leading strategy, implementation, and guidance for recruiting efforts as it relates to each pursuit.
- Serve as a trusted advisor over B&P efforts to support growing the business, consulting on staffing best practices and meeting deliverables for strategic capture efforts.
- Provide full-life cycle recruiting function to included assisting hiring managers with developing and marketing job descriptions, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending verbal and written offers while also maintaining candidate information in the ATS.
- Meet with TA leadership on recruiting trends, best practices, market data as it pertains to specific pursuits.
- Meet with proposal/LOB/Business development leadership on an on-going basis to review organizational recruiting requirements and plans and it relates to B&P efforts.
- Participate in new win transitions to ensure the staffing deliverables are met to include incumbent capture.
- Develop innovative techniques to support customer needs. Maintain a network and pipeline of qualified candidates to fill key personnel positions quickly.
- Provide regular reporting to TA leadership on recruiting issues.
Requirements WHAT YOULL NEED: - Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years related experience supporting bid & proposal recruiting, to include a minimum of 3 years of engineering/intel recruiting.
- Experience recruiting in the DoD/government contracting space is required.
- Experience recruiting in the cleared space is required.
- Experience recruiting in the aviation, international security cooperation and space sectors is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills is a must.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking systems required, Workable experience is preferred.
- Position requires 2 days on-site in our Crystal City, VA office.
