Job Title: Recruiter (IT and Non-IT)
Job location - Work from Home

Job Description:
We are a leading HR recruitment firm with offices across India and a huge clientele. We are looking for experienced recruiters who can help us find the best talent for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles. The IT recruiter should have a degree or diploma in computer science or must have completed BCA or MCA. The Non-IT recruiter must have experience in hiring for big companies.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for IT and Non-IT roles
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements
Negotiate offers and close deals with candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system
Provide excellent customer service to clients and candidates
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting for both IT and Non-IT roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems
Salary:
Recruiter: 2 to 3 lacs per annum
Senior Recruiter: 3 to 4 lacs per annum
