Essential Functions

• Manages the full-cycle recruiting process including: writing job postings, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development and improving time to fill.

• Leads team projects related to improving recruitment practices and process.

• Acts as an informal mentor for team members.

• Proactively networks and establishes effective working relationships.

• Communicates progress to goals with the internal team.

• Continually seek new sourcing options.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years working in-house doing recruiting OR 3-5 years working for a third party recruiter

• Some technical recruiting experience

This role will involve developing a strong network of qualified candidates for mainly technical roles, but also marketing, sales, and G&A. This role will also require an understanding of business and hiring manager needs as well as being able to adapt to quickly changing environments. You must be a motivated professional who is ready for a fast paced working atmosphere who wants to make an impact in people's careers! We want employees to have a passion for recruiting and staffing with the ability to create innovative ways to pique candidates' interest and maintain rapport with candidates and hiring managers. This position will handle all aspects of the recruitment life-cycle from posting jobs, sourcing, and phone screening all the way to the offer stage.
