Job Description

Responsibilities:

• End to end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.
• Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal Database
• Effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates
• Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews and short listing candidates
• Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

• Remark - Must have own laptop and smartphone.
• Fresher and have relevant experience in consultant company can apply
• Candidate who living around 15km of Greater Noida highly prefer*
• Candidates who changed their jobs frequently in last two years, will not be considered
