Job Description below: Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: - Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to recruiters to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements, business objectives, and culture.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights and solutions to meet their recruitment needs effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand business relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Recruitment Strategy and Execution: - Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, & referrals, to identify qualified candidates suitable for Volume / Bulk Hiring.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, & evaluations to ensure alignment with client requirements and culture fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
Performance Management and Reporting: - Track and analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports & presentations to communicate recruitment activity, trends, & outcomes to senior management & clients
- Implement performance improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize recruitment processes and outcomes.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: - Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain the highest standards of service delivery and candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
Prerequisite for Job Profile - Candidate must be Graduate in any stream, degree in Human Resources orBusiness Administration will be preferred; Master's degree will be added advantage.
- Proven experience of 5+ years in recruitment, with a focus on the staffing industry, Volume or Bulk Hiring and managerial responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including HRIS or applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms.
- Solid understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Any Certification in Human Resources/Recruitment will huge advantage (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
