JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Graduate of BS/AB Psychology; BSBA Human Resource Management; or any other related course

- Background in HR Recruitment is a very strong advantage

- Willing to start immediately in Angeles City Pampanga

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for posting and advertising job openings on a range of job sites, social media and the company’s Facebook page to attract candidates.

- Conduct preliminary interview using various reliable recruiting and selection tools or methods to filter candidates.

- Organize appointments, interviews and company presentation.

- Assist in verifying the qualifications of applicants. As well as screening and presenting applicants to employers.

- Distribute information to employers. Assists prospective employees in completing employment application and other forms

SALARY RANGE: 25K – 30K

BENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMO

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
