Job Description
Role & Responsibility:- 1) Understanding the Business Requirements
2)Responsible for handling IT and Non-IT requirements for our clients.
3)Enlist postings in relevant resume sources, collect & analyzeresumes, make a first call, and shortlist candidates (link removed)
4)Coordinate subsequent interviews and assessments, and advance them to the next levels
5)Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
6)Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets. 7)Candidate should be target oriented
