Title: Regional Account Executive
Location: Austin, TX
Covering both Texas and Indiana Region
The Regional Account Executive's (RAE) primary responsibility is growing sales in their region. The RAE is charged with expanding business with existing accounts and acquiring new clients by leveraging corporate account relationships as well as national and regional partnerships.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Achieving regional sales goals set by the Regional Managing Partner and Vice President of Sales
Building brand awareness of Client's capabilities and offerings through productive interactions with clients, prospects and partners
Collaborating with clients' key decision makers to understand their business initiatives and set their automation vision
Setting and executing on strategy for acquisition of new clients through regional and national partners and corporate account relationships
Providing monthly and quarterly sales forecasts to the executive team
Ensuring sales funnel is current and accurate by actively engaging with clients, partners and team members
Maintaining assigned account information in CRM
Other Duties
Regional travel required
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in technical sales
Strong business acumen and ability to determine long-term value
Valid driver's license

Training / Skills / Abilities
Advanced PC skills with demonstrated knowledge and application of Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint and CRM
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and handle large volume of detail with accuracy and reliability
Strong people skills the ability to interact with new and existing clients face-to-face
Technical understanding of industrial controls and all Client products
