In this role, you will take the lead in the field, proactively driving outreach efforts to generate interest and ignite business growth. If you thrive on self-motivation, have a knack for building relationships, and are passionate about solving large-scale challenges, this is the opportunity you've been seeking.Key Responsibilities: Proactive Sales Leadership: As a self-starter, design and execute effective sales strategies to exceed targets. Field Outreach: Take the initiative in the field, leading outreach efforts to cultivate new business clients and forge strategic relationships. Executive Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite and senior decision-makers to secure internal buy-in for our programs. Captivating Presentations: Leverage sales best practices to deliver persuasive presentations at client meetings and events to showcase the value of our apprenticeship program and drive sales. Proposal Mastery: Craft persuasive sales proposals and quotes for potential clients that lead to getting the deal. Market Research: Harness your self-starter spirit to research organizations and individuals, uncovering new opportunities. Networking Pioneer: Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events as a leader in our field to develop business relationships that move the business forward. Requirements Minimum of 4 years experience in Business Development with a proven track record of creating your own success. Self-Starter Mentality: An innate drive to take initiative and push boundaries to be successful. Master of Area Development: Proficiency in creating and executing strategy to prospect for new business in an area via: cold calling, stopping by in-person, email, leveraging social media, LinkedIn, and other professional networks for outreach. Proficiency in tracking and reporting sales activities, with experience in Salesforce preferred. Trade and Tech Industry Insight: Familiarity with and passion for the Trades and/or Tech Industry preferred. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strategic Thinker: Ability to find strategic opportunities in a variety of situations.
