Regional Clinical Director

Our client is looking for Regional Clinical Directors to help launch our clinic-based applied behavior analysis services in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Atlanta areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help grow and shape a well-funded ABA startup.

Your typical day might include:

• Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programing for our staff and clients


• Recruiting an awesome Lead Tech and Trainer who will embody our culture to join our team while she completes her supervised hours


• Hosting a grand opening party, showing off Apollo’s new location to families and potential team members


• Speaking at a TXABA or GABA conference

This role might be for you if:

• You are a leader and thought partner who has passion and vision


• You are an excellent clinician, a great manager, and have strong clinical operations skills, including working with CentralReach, working with payors to secure hours, and can help ensure we remain in compliance with regulations, including HIPAA


• You can be an evangelist to employees, parents, referral sources, and the ABA community. You love to recruit, lead, and develop other clinicians so we can all ensure our clients achieve their full potential

What you need:

• 3+ years working as a BCBA with a substantial portion in clinic-based settings, along with an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification


• Strong competency in a range of skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques


• Success leading and managing clinical team members


• Experience working with payors

Compensation:

• Above market base salary plus bonus after the first year for successfully launching the first clinic and meeting key performance benchmarks
