Regional Coordinator Position Frankfort, KY Manage college and career coaches and day-to-day operations Serve as primary contact for designated school districts within the region Coordinate and execute Everybody Counts events for assigned region Assist Executive Director with developing marketing and outreach strategy and materials Prepare weekly student communication and outreach reports from college and career coaches Develop a strategic plan to guide college and career coaches in achieving target job and enrollment goals Managing relationships with participating businesses partners and community leaders to better support graduates Conduct research on local economic and labor markets for specific regions to better support college coaches with resources and tools Create and maintain a database of regional scholarship opportunities for high school graduates Meet with Executive Director, virtually and/or in person, to provide regular updates Prepare and provide presentations for business partners with Executive Director Lead weekly team meetings Maintain data and standards related to data security and confidentiality Lead and manage special projects for the Everybody Counts initiative Other duties as assigned
