USA Clinics Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the human resource functions, processes, and HR operations for their respective Region. The HR Manager will be the "go-to" for all employee-related issues. Your HR Manager duties will involve managing employee relations, new hire onboarding, process improvements, compliance, and other projects needed to improve our departments service to our staff.


People are our most important asset and youll be the one to ensure that asset is managed with the highest care.

Here's what your first 90-days will look like:

At 30-days you have-

  • Learned our systems, processes, and organizational structure
  • Introduced yourself to your Regions

At 60-days you have-

  • Begun regular meetings with your Regional Managers
  • Started building relationships with clinical staff

At 90-days-

  • Have become the "go to" for your Region
  • Begun to improve process manual

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition department and other departments to ensure new hire success
  • Support employee development and employee engagement
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Assess training needs to improve training programs
  • Identify and track different HR metrics which are crucial to identifying organizational gaps
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or HR Generalist
  • Degree from an accredited University and at least 5-years of experience within Human Resources, required
  • Multi-site experience overseeing large groups of employees preferred
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition preferred
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Minimal Travel
  • Knowledge of HRIS and databases required
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices required
