Areas of Responsibilities
Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients
Understand the core values of the company and its goals
Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face
Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries
Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets
Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate (Any stream)/PG
Experience
2-4 Years
Knowledge & Skills Required
Strong communication, leadership, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional planning and organizing skills prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Demonstrate the ability to exercise broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex issues.
Sound proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
