SummaryOversees Operations of all offices with in assigned Region with the support and input of Owner Doctors and Associates. Expectation is to support the offices to grow revenue, patient base, bring to light opportunities for office expansion, and provide support to retain a positive company culture.Supports the following practices: KidSmile Dental, Dabell & Paventy Orthodontics, Scott Family Orthodontics and Peach Orthodontics.Essential Duties & Responsibilities Confers with VP of Operations regarding needs and concerns of all COMPANY office. Confers with VP of Operations on a weekly meeting. Maintain confidentiality. Assists Office Managers and Doctors with concerns or needs within their office. Coach Managers for growth and development. Assists Manager and Doctors in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new personnel. When needed to cover in offices at front desk for vacancies or absences. Answers phones and provides information to assist Doctors, staff, and patients. Schedules patients and is aware of production for the month. Collects payments via cash, check and/or credit card. Greets patients in a friendly manner, by name, providing a positive environment. Manages staff with in working office, resolving issues, coordinating schedules, etc. Operates machinery, such as, computers, fax machine, copier, stamp machine, etc. Confers with Human Resources Manager and Facility Manager as needed. Oversees training of new employees and review training for established employees as needed. RequirementsBasic Qualifications: Experience & Skills Knowledge of COMPANY office policies and procedures. Knowledge of modern business machines, such as fax, computer, telephone, etc. Knowledge of modern business communications: such as, letters, faxes, memos, reports, etc. Ability to handle any difficult situations that may be presented and resolve them, if able. Ability to work independently and proceed without supervision. Ability to be flexible on hours and duties. Skills to communicate with Doctors and staff members. Skill to manage time and delegate as necessary.Special Requirements Willing to work extra hours, as needed, including weekends if requested by VP of Operations. Accept assignments, outside of job duties description, that are associated with the Company. Compensation range is $80k - $100k depending on experienceEducationBachelors degree or equivalent directly applicable experiencePhysical Demands/Working Environment The following physical demands would apply to this job up to 40% of the time: Ability to lift, carry, pull or push up to 25lbs and the ability to type/key more than 50% of the time.
