Role responsibilities:
Monitor Project Progress:
Track daily/weekly progress of Front-End Engineering team across our four tech hubs (Spain, India, US, and Brazil).
Keep Front-End Engineering managers updated on the ongoing work for each project, ensuring synchronization.
Collaborate with Team Members:
Work closely with Product and Design teams to comprehend requirements and functionalities.
Track variations in requirements across projects.
Align timelines for coordinated development.
Ensure proactive sharing of knowledge and best practices.
Develop and Track Project Timelines:
Monitor task progress through Jira for each project.
Create Jira Dashboards for detailed project status.
Develop, update, and maintain a global roadmap for all projects.
Identify dependencies with other teams and plan accordingly.
Address Issues and Blockers:
Identify and communicate potential issues with other projects.
Track the progress of identified issues to ensure completion in all regions/projects.
Follow up on vulnerability reports and ETAs for critical, high, and medium tasks to be resolved.
Monitor KPIs and Provide Insights:
Keep track of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) reports, offering insights to support decision-making.
Extract KPIs related to team progress and capacity from Jira.
Understand the team's capacity and individual expertise, facilitating reassignment to different projects when necessary.
Prepare Reporting Templates:
Develop a reporting template for team and project updates to share with stakeholders, the leadership team, and other relevant parties.
Documenting Work and Communication:
Maintain thorough documentation of project work. Follow up on deployment status and document the progress of tasks at each stage. Communicate crucial information, ensuring everyone is updated on major project developments. Facilitate testing of applications, collect feedback, and document the results.
Role Requirements
Business/Industry Experience: Possess 2-4 years of hands-on experience coordinating projects within a dynamic business or industry setting.
Education: Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration (BA) or a related field.
Communication Skills: Demonstrate effective communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with team members and stakeholders.
