1. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Conduct direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients to teach appropriate behaviors and skills.
  • Collect data and track progress to support data-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team, including BCBAs, parents, and educators, to ensure consistent and effective implementation of strategies.
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions.

Requirements:

  • Valid and current RBT certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in providing ABA therapy or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work in home, school, and community settings.

2. RBT Trainee

Responsibilities:

  • Receive training and supervision from BCBAs and experienced RBTs.
  • Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and conducting therapy sessions.
  • Learn to collect accurate data and contribute to progress reports.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance ABA knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to support client progress.

Requirements:

  • Agree to Enrolled in a 40-hour RBT training program or willing to undergo RBT training upon hire.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in the field of ABA.

3. Student Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Assist BCBAs in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Conduct literature reviews and research to inform evidence-based practices.
  • Observe therapy sessions and assist in data collection and analysis.
  • Gain hands-on experience in the field of ABA and work closely with clients and families.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed a Masters degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ABA principles and terminology.
  • Excellent organizational and research skills.
  • Genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of children with developmental disabilities.
