Job Title: Registered Nurse- Behavioral Health

Location: Pottstown, Pennsylvania, United States

Job Description:

• We are looking for a registered nurse who can provide quality care to patients with behavioral health needs.
• You will work in a collaborative team environment and implement the nursing and medical plans of care.
• You will also communicate effectively with patients, families, and other health professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of patient care
• Implement the medical plan of care in collaboration with all disciplines
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Document and report patient status and progress
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice
• Night shift: 7 pm-7:30 am/Every 3rd weekend/Every other holiday

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Experience: Relevant experience in behavioral health nursing
• Certification and Licensure: PA Registered Nurse License
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
