Responsible for orientation, training, and management of personnel. Relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains satisfactory relations with other departments; participates in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and upgrading of policies, procedures, and skills. Days and Shifts: 5 out of 6 weekends or 2 out 3, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and some Mondays 6:00 am 6:00 pm No Call Department: ER Requirements Educational/Experience: Current Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse BLS, NRP, TNCC & ACLS certification (May obtain within 1 year of hire date) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
