FT Medical RN needed/Evenings - Medically Home Patients

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 care in the patients home.Implement treatment and plan of care using sound judgment and critical thinking.Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the care plan and nursing processes.Perform all skills, treatments, and procedures to the scope of practice defined in the Nurse Practice Act in the state of clinical practice and adhere to the company policy, procedures, and protocols.

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

An unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state where care is providedMinimum of (1) year nursing experienceExcellent problem-solving skills and organizational and multi-tasking skillsIn-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination, etc.) and willingness to follow them at all timesValid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, BLS CPR card, and an up-to-date TB skin test or Chest X-RayMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pullMust be able to lift or transfer up to 50 pounds
