One of our top clients is seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team. The RN will provide quality patient care and support to our long-term care residents, while maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualities:

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when dealing with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in assessing patient needs, administering medications, and documenting patient information.

Adaptability: Be able to adapt to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of home health care.

Critical Thinking: Possess strong problem-solving skills to make informed decisions and provide the best care possible.

Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with residents, their families, and the healthcare team to ensure a collaborative and supportive care environment.

Qualifications:

Active RN License: Hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Tennessee to practice legally.

Clinical Experience: Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in long-term care, showcasing expertise in this specialized field.

HIPAA Compliance: Understand and strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and data security.

BLS Certification: Maintain a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, demonstrating readiness to respond to emergency situations and provide life-saving assistance.
