The hospital is searching for a full-time experienced Cath Lab RN, must have experience with EP. Vascular and CVOR is a plus.  The Cath Lab RN plans and coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients utilizing the ANA Standards of Nursing Practice during pre, Intra and post-care for patients undergoing cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. 

It is located in Glenwood Springs, a town of about 10,000 residents located on the Western Slope of Colorado. It's Cath Lab rivals those found in University settings across the country consisting of a Cath Lab, a Hybrid Cath Lab Suite and pre and post-care patient rooms. Their Siemen’s© bi-plane electrophysiology lab is only the second of its kind in the country.

Required:

• Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain


• Current BLS and ACLS issued by the American Heart Association


• Must have a minimum of 3 years RN Cath Lab experience, EP experience is required.

The ideal candidate has significant RN Cath Lab experience and enjoys working with a small, dedicated group of people that are growing a program that is unheard of on the Western Slope of Colorado.  Must be willing to take evening/night/weekend call on a rotating basis.
