I am seeking a strong Registered Nurse (RN) Acute Care responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to patients with critical disease states to plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate patient care, utilizing the nursing process.

Requirements:

• Current Colorado RN license or eligibility to obtain.
• Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in an Acute Care, Med Surg, or Telemetry.
• BSN is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship required

PAY RANGE

• $33.99 -$49.98/hour (RN BSN)
• Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill-set
• Hospital recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN ADN, BSN, MSN.
• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• Eligible for a $15,000 sign on bonus for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
• Current monthly retention incentive $$ paid in addition to rate.
• Annual Bonuses based upon organizational and individual performance.
