Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical condition, and report any changes to physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by doctors
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans for patients
- Document patient care plans and progress accurately
- Educate patients and families on healthcare management, disease prevention, and treatment options
- Assist with patient assessments and diagnostics procedures
- Ensure high-quality patient care in a safe and comfortable environment
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Missouri/ US
- Solid understanding of nursing practices and medical protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, as needed.
