Are you ready to build your career by joining a renowned teaching hospital? If so, our client is hiring a Registered Nurse - Outpatient!

What You'll Do:

• Managing the individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
• Triage RN for general haematology and oncology practice.
• Symptom management, authorizations, phone calls.
• Reviewing inbaskets in epic for MPM and results,
• Triage phone calls to allow NP and MD to concentrate on seeing patients in the clinic.
• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
• Providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members.
• Supporting the Clinical Manager for the assigned Department.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 2 to 3 years of minimum Registered Nurse - Outpatient Experience
• Pennsylvania State Registered Nursing Licensure from state Department of Health.
• A minimum of 2 years nursing experience as a Registered Nurse in an Outpatient department within the past 18 months.
• Ideally 2 years of experience as a Travel Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Must have strong Outpatient patient experience skills.
• Willing to float to other units.
• Experience with the latest EPIC systems is preferred.
• BLS, AHA, Certification.
• Will be working in Outpatient department.
