Responsibilities

Home care experience a plus!

• Initial in-home assessment, complete plan of care for new clients as applicable and follow up with the client every 90 days.
• Able to travel to client's home to complete plan of care.

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and agency matters.

• Submit required documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Valid and current RN license in the state of North Carolina

• CPR & 1st aid certified, good standings on nurse registry

• 1-3 years of nursing experience (home care experience, preferred)

• Supervisory skills, a plus

• Excellent communication skills, flexible and able to interact positively with the rest of the staff

• Strong sense of initiative and urgency in addressing unexpected patient crises

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $40.00 per hour
