Assess the patient and follow the comprehensive plan of care for nursing as ordered by the physician Document all care provided in a timely and accurate manner Function independently in a home setting with minimal supervision Maintain positive relationships and communication with patients, families and their care team

Required skills and experience

1. Active RN or LVN license in good standing.

2. Current CPR Certification.

3. Passion for working with Pediatric patients; experience in Private Duty nursing is a plus.

Schedule:

12 hour shifts, 7a-7p Tuesday and Thursday, and option to pick up a Saturday shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 to $27.00 /hour
