As a Clinical Team Leader at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice, you will assist the Branch Director in ensuring that home health services are delivered according to acceptable standards of practice. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and approving patient information, assisting with case conferences, providing oversight of patient care, and managing office and staff related to patient care. You will also contribute to the overall success of the company by effectively facilitating communication between physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and employees.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

• Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing and current state licensure
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with at least one year in home health
• Good understanding of the laws and regulations governing home health agencies
• Ability to effectively use technology and EMR platforms
• A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance
• Ability to drive in all types of weather conditions
