Duties:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth to maintain accurate patient records.

Skills:

- Valid RN license in MD
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
