RN Dialysis - Bismarck, ND, 58501

Contract/Travel Assignment - 13 + weeks



Job Summary:

• Traveler/ RN will be assigned an RN preceptor who will evaluate skills and complete a dialysis specific checklist before Independent tasks are performed.


• All technical services related to dialysis. Includes all dialysis equipment, water system and all dialysis related equipment.  


• For our chronic unit. 12 hour shifts Our shifts are varied from 4am-430pm, 7am-730pm and 8am-830pm. We are mainly looking for the 8am-830pm coverage and to work most Saturdays as those are the hard shifts to cover.

Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:

• Computerized charting- EPIC, B Braun Dialog dialysis machines. 

• Must be RN with a minimum of 1 years hemodialysis experience. 


• Active ND or Compact RN License


• BLS

• Chronic: No         


• Acute: Vibra and ICU (only to perform dialysis)

• Chronic- The employee will never work alone and no call is required. Will work every other Saturday. Shifts are 7am-730pm and 4am-430pm. 


• Acute- Employee will have to work independently to care for patients 1:1 while on call, in ICU and Vibra (Long Term Acute Care). On call is required about 6 days per month. Will work every other Saturday. On call hours are 7pm-7am. Regular shifts are 7am-730pm. 

• Chronic – 23 stations


• Acute – 8 stations
