Registered Nurse RN, Med Surg Float Pool



Work Location: May work at any location within the Fargo area.



Length of Assignment: 8 Weeks



Shift: 

12 HR Day/Night Rotating.

36 HR with every other weekend and holiday.



Job Summary:

RN Med Surg needed to help in various areas, as needed. 



General Job Duties:

Care of general medical/surgical, neuro, progressive care cardiac and oncology.



Equipment utilized in the unit/dept:

EPIC computerized charting, MAK, Plum pumps, bladder scanners PCA's, wound vacs,bipap, telemetry.



Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 years recent Med surg experience


• Experience with computerzied charting system. (EPIC preferred)


• CVP/PICC/Vas caths, wound care, pain management, CBI, assessment, admission, discharge, care planning.

• Active State RN license


• Active BLS required - must be American Heart Association.

• Pre-assigned to specific Med/surg units primarily - Oncology, Med Speciality - Behavioral Health, Ortho, Med/Surg, Surg/Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro.

• 4-5 on days/evenings, 5-6 on nights.
