Pay Range: $36.83-$42.81
Shift Differentials:
Evening (3p-11p) - $2/hr
Night (11p-7a) - $2.75/hr
Wknd (S/S) - $2/hr
Incentives: $3,500 sign-on bonus | $5,000 relocation bonus
Qualifications:
Graduate from a nursing program and current MN RN license required
BSN or MSN preferred; BSN required within 3 years of hire
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required
National Certification in Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
PT
and FT opportunities available. 32 hours or more per pay period is PT
benefit eligible. FT 60 hours or more per pay period is FT benefit
eligible.
Rotating
day/night shift. Candidates must have flexibility around shift time,
but can self-schedule one month at a time. Basically, it is a 4-week
schedule with rotating holidays. The openings have a set weekend
rotation, allowing staff to self-schedule weekday shifts.
Available Shifts:
Full-time 60-72 hours every two weeks, 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
Full-time 72 hours every two weeks, 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
Part-time 36-60 hours every two weeks, 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
Part-time 36-48 hours every two weeks, 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
Part-time 48-60 hours every two weeks, 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am

We're hiring part-time and
full-time RNs to work rotating shifts. All positions work rotating
holidays and work every other weekend (Friday Sunday)

General Information:
Surgical Care Units 1 & 2:
Sur1 is a 38 bed unit with approximately 60 RNs
Sur2 is a 23 bed unit with approximately 40 RNs
Patient Population: We are a post-op care unit that cares for patients
that need hospitalization after surgery. We care for patients from
General Surgery, Urology, Vascular Surgery, OBGYN, Plastics, Bariatrics,
ENT, and Trauma. Our average length of stay is about 3.5 days.
