Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Jakarta office: Relationship Manager, Client Support Services , Guy Carpenter
Assumes the responsibility for the overall delivery of client support to assigned client portfolio. Achieves excellence in client satisfaction through flawless coordination of client support operation and claims teams. Advisor to clients and colleagues; but also serves as a point of contact for markets. Maintains an industry presence on behalf of Guy Carpenter
Client Team Service Network
Oversees client relationships to ensure client satisfaction; serves as the escalation point of contact for all client and broker needs Ensures that the right talent and expertise are put in front of the client (managing delegation to needed areas of expertise) Coordinates CSS response on complex claims, accounting, fiduciary, contract wording, and collection Ownership and coordination of complaints through to conclusion Respond to client complex issues and concerns, resolving promptly. Respond to client and broker requests for information coordinating with MI team and other departments, as necessary. Review and provide data and insights to drive client service and support; leads process improvements based on trends Identify internal and external training needs
Strategic Client Management
Key liaison point for Brokers, Account Executives, Analytics and the EC for client-specific post placement service discussions Networks among the senior level executives of clients in order to establish trust and communication chain ultimate client service responsibility. Establish and maintain strong relationships with client executives, reinsurers, brokers and colleagues the natural check in for meetings and RFPs Ensures that all service standards are adhered to Proactively communicates overall strategy and performance against established goals Coordination of the removal of any client-specific financial exposures to GC
Reinsurer Relationship Network
Identifies internal training needs on business trends, process, and technology Coaches Operations colleagues within the client servicing network Is a mentor to colleagues and fosters a team attitude Co-manages human capital decisions, including staffing, compensation, performance measurement, career development, and training. (TBD based on hierarchy) Delivery of specialist training and complex technical education Maintain presence within the reinsurance community
Financial Management
Has understanding of the CSS allocations within region Exercises expense controls and maximizes revenue and net operating income within the practice Build out cost modelling for specific client service requirements, as appropriate Ensures timely collection of Revenue by escalation through the brokers Assists with and efforts to avoid Guy Carpenter E&O exposures
