(Mon to Sat) About the Role: As a Client Relationship Manager at FinLender, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong connections with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure client satisfaction by understanding their financial needs and aligning our services to meet those requirements. You will be. handling an integral part of a dynamic team, working closely with clients ranging from Corporates and MSMEs to Startups. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for existing and new clients, Build and nurturing relationship, understanding their capital & debt resolution related requirement and advocating on their behalf within the organization to ensure their expectations are met. Create and maintain various deal documents Financial Projections/CMA Data/Investor teasers and information memorandum. Work on Debt/Distressed Financing proposals with a strong understanding of debt and distressed funding. Analyse and prepare generic industry, market, and specific company overviews. Handling the team of Client Relationship Associate and Analyst and ensuring the accomplishment of transaction. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for cross-selling services and ensure compliance with all channel partners and clients. Support clients in financial due diligence processes during funding sanctioning activities. Proactively communicate and collaborate with lenders, investors, business partners, and internal teams to tailor financial solutions that address clients" unique challenges and objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights and advice. Gather feedback from clients to help enhance our services and contribute to the continuous improvement of FinLender's offerings. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and business partners. Relevant Skills Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in client relationship management within the financial services sector, preferably in investment banking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
