About the team: "Fastag is the prepaid product which is governed by NPCI & this Fastag is affixed on the windshield of the vehicle. It is used for the payment of toll transactions at toll plaza. Fastag commercial team is the dedicated team for onboarding customer/ commercial vehicle owner on the platform of Paytm. " About the Role: 1. General Field Sales work includes face-to-face and remote selling to both new and existing customers 2. Selling directly to the end consumer/business purchaser or indirectly through various sales channels. 3. Assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions 4. Developing and delivering sales bids, presentations, and proposals and conducting product demonstrations 5. Identifying and contacting prospective customers and building relationships to generate future sales 6. Repeat business Incumbents matching to this specialization are compensated based on achievement of sales targets. 7. Team handling Requirement/Expectation: 1. 2+ yrs of experience of Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking / insurance Sales. 2. Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals. 3. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. 4. Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver growth. 5. Define optimal sales force structure. 6. Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and 7. support company sales objectives. 8. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction. 9. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements. 10. Going to the Merchant and educating him/her about the benefits of the Swipe machine (EDC) converting them and managing their accounts. 11. Exceptional communication, presentation skills and relationship building skills. 12. Ability to aggressively manage the successful execution of a sales strategy. 13.
