Job Description

Your role:


You will be working as a SAFe RTE (Release Train Engineer) in ART that is responsible for delivering the mechatronics subsystem of a medical X-ray system.

You will join a high-performance, culturally diverse, highly educated, multi-site, multidisciplinary team (Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, Software).

You will support the teams in continuous improving on delivering customer value.

You will host and guide the SAFe processes in the ART and help in removing impediments.

This flexible role offers you the opportunity to work on a hybrid working model (spend at least 3 days working from the office and up to 2 days from home).

You're the right fit if:


You have extensive experience as a SAFe ScrumMaster or RTE with multidisciplinary teams.

You have a good technical understanding of product development.

You have experience in coaching teams.

You are quality focused and a drive for continuous improvement.

You have experience in working with large cross-functional agile teams.

Experience in working in a healthcare or other regulated environment product development environment is an advantage.
