Qualifications

Strong phone skills to effectively communicate with clients.
Excellent people skills to build relationships with borrowers.
Previous sales experience to effectively market our loan programs.
Must have an NMLS mortgage license or be willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Guide borrowers through the mortgage process from start to finish.
Provide initial consultations to understand borrowers' needs and criteria.
Serve as an advocate and advisor until the day of closing.
Master all aspects of the sales process to maximize success.
Deliver a world-class client experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
