As the Account Executive - Ecosystems, you will be responsible for closing new business deals: through both inbound channels and outbound sales motions. This role will focus on MessageMedias key integration partners like HubSpot, Salesforce, NetSuite and others. You will work closely with the broader Sales team to ensure successful leads to customer conversion.

Your overall objective as part of this high energy team is to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets and provide an exceptional experience to our customers and a sales process that maximizes efficiency and growth.


Responsibilities

Sell the MessageMedia key product offerings to perspective clients. Focus on our key strategic partnership and ecosystem integrations.
Quickly respond, engage with and qualify all inbound leads, inquiries and free trials through a number of communication mediums.

  1. Receive inbound customer enquiries through our websites, email, LiveChat or referrals;
  2. Quickly contact prospective customers to qualify their needs and solution sell the MessageMedia ecosystems/integration product and if necessary set up a Trial Account;
  3. Follow-up with prospects to convert them to a MessageMedia client;
  4. Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions; and
  5. Update customer application details in the CRM system.

Receive high value customer enquiries through our Sales Development Representatives and work with the customer to present our solution to close new business opportunities.
Develop territory plan for select partner integrations and prospect new business opportunities through several different channels. Including but not limited to: phone calls, email, linkedin, vidyard
Act as a subject matter expert in MessageMedia products, in particular our integrations and focused ecosystem partners.
Ability to present and demo our key ecosystem integrations to show value of MessageMedia platform to new perspective customers.

Requirements

  • Currently working in a SaaS,Tech sales or customer support role, selling product-based solutions or services;
  • Demonstrating a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding challenging individual targets and key performance metrics
  • Currently working or previously worked in a high performing, dynamic organisation with exceptional customer service standards.
  • Ideally demonstrating intermediate competency in the use of Salesforce or a similar CRM system
  • Proven experience in virtual based inbound and outbound calls.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proven ability to close sales, while working as part of a team.

The annual starting salary for this position ranges from $100,000 - $120,000 OTE. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Companys plan.
