This is a remote position.

POSITION SUMMARY

We need a mission-driven, self-motivated and well-spoken Account Executive to join our sales team. An account executive is not responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential projects; we have a team dedicated to doing that. Your job is to initiate contact and schedule meetings with key architectural firms, general contractors, real estate developers and installation companies, and in consultation with internal Subject Matter Experts craft customized solutions to meet the needs of our clients. Account Executive convert those potential projects into sales while developing long-term working relationships with our clients to drive repeat business.

A successful Account Executive is competitive, intellectually curious, organized, an outstanding and empathic listener, and a keen observer who builds instant rapport and is obsessed with achieving customer satisfaction.

PERFROMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Meet benchmarks for forming new and ongoing partnerships with commercial construction professionals to be their preferred window supplier
  • Maintain a database of existing and potential customers and prospective projects
  • Contact existing and potential customers via outbound calls to gather information and, in consultation with a team of Subject Matter Experts, recommend products based on the customers needs and a projects specifications
  • Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, demonstrate products, explain product features, and ask for orders
  • Negotiate pricing, manage estimation of quotes, answer questions about products, credit terms, warranties, and delivery expectations
  • Become an industry expert by staying engaged with new INTUS product developments while also gathering information about competing products and services
  • Professionally represent the INTUS brand by embodying our culture when communicating internally with your teammates and externally with our clients

  • A passion for carbon reduction as part of the solution to the human-made sources of climate change

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2-4 years of sales or related experience with a demonstrated track record (preferred)
  • Some experience with CRM software such as (link removed), ZOHO CRM or any other similar platform (preferred)
