Zenni Business is growing and we are seeking to fill our 1st Enterprise Account Manager position. This will be a cross-functional role that interfaces with sales, product, user experience, and engineering. We are looking for someone technical, detail-oriented, bright, and energetic who can effectively communicate with Fortune 1,000 clients. You will be our first hire for our Account Manager team, the primary client point of contact post-sales, and through ongoing project management with clients. You will work with your clients to actively drive product adoption, provide exceptional ongoing support, and be a strong advocate of your clients internally at Zenni. We have global clients so this will require limited travel.

What you'll do:

• Manage a portfolio of global enterprise clients, own multi-tiered relationships from onboarding to ongoing, building excellent client relationships
• Project manage complex integration projects, driving and streamlining tasks and ensuring deliverables are met while creating visibility on progress for the both the client and internal teams
• Liaise with product, sales, and engineering on new developments and tailor-made requests, championing and prioritizing clients' needs and requests
• Liaise with the regulatory and legal teams, collaborating on opening new markets to expand client reach
• Triage and support client technical issues, create detailed tickets outlining issues and collaborate with Solution Engineers
• Deeply understand client business goals and KPIs and help advocate for them on an org level
• Become a trusted advisor, providing business insights, create strategies & sharing best practices to encourage growth and continuous improvement
• Executes work defined within CSM roles and responsibilities with a minimal level of oversight
• Own internal teamwide projects and support other team members in their professional growth
• Increase customer retention by conducting regular check-in calls for tactical items and performing strategic business reviews for alignment and objectives and outcomes

What you'll need:

• 5+ years working in SaaS and/or a B2B business (Worked with technical products? Even better!)
• Experience working with ecommerce companies and/or international clients
• Experience working with large, global, enterprise clients
• Responsible, highly attentive project manager, with superb people & communication skills
• Analytical & KPI driven with a basic understanding of client-server side technologies
• Team player with a positive attitude and a self-starter flair and lots of patience
• Excellent tech acumen and troubleshooting skills managing technical projects. Ideal candidate can help facilitate technical discussions with client and work closely with engineering
• Highly motivated self-starter, process-oriented mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
• Near native / fluent English speaker
• Bachelor's or higher degree. (Zenni recognizes that knowledge and skills equivalent to those earned in a degree program can also be achieved via nontraditional paths and welcomes applicants with nontraditional training.)

Nice to have:

• Technical understanding of APIs and SDKs
• Project Management certification (PMP / PMI)
• Proficiency in other languages

• As of 01/01/2023, the expected salary range for this position is $116,000 to $160,000. Actual pay within this range will be based on several factors: education, work experience, certifications, geographic pay differentials, market conditions, and other business and organizational needs. The Company anticipates that the reasonably expected salary for this position could change in the future and, therefore, the Company retains the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for the position for various reasons, including the Companys business needs.
