Job Title: Administrative Quality Associate (Excel) Location: Princeton NJ Hours/Schedule: M-F, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Hybrid role: 3 days onsite (normally Tuesday - Thursday) and 2 days remote Compensation: $20-25 per hour, depending upon experience Type: 6 month contract, possibility for extension, conversion unlikely Overview: We are looking for someone who would enjoy working a popular consumer goods company with many products that are household names. They are getting a new electronic Arena system, and you would be moving multiple existing Excel Files into this new system. Responsibilities: Administrative Background sought for this role. Company is a consumer goods company, and they have multiple data Excel files already in place and are getting a new electronic (Arena) system. Move data from Excel files to this system to the new electronic Arena system. Update the Approved Supplier List with contact information of suppliers, regulatory classification of materials and product brands. Upload information into Arena (PLM system) Sending Quality Agreements to suppliers and follow up on status Team Dynamic: working with R&D and Procurement 20% of the time and with QA 80% of the time Requirements: High School Diploma, bachelors degree a plus Strong Organizational skills Comfortable with MS Suite, experience with Excel is a must Comfortable using electronic systems such as Office (MS Teams, Excel, etc.) Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems like Arena Benefits System One offers eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options, including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, and participation in a 401(k) plan.
