We are a well-established Financial Planning Services company with four decades of experience, dedicated to the belief that Financial Planners should focus on their expertise guiding customers to secure their financial future, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. We are in search of service-oriented individuals to assist our agents during their field visits.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our financial advisors to organize a wide range of appointments, leveraging our expanding customer base. Additionally, you will offer diverse administrative support. These are outbound calls. No Cold calling.

Requirements
- Organized, solid professional
- Great telephone etiquette and articulation
- Previous experience in sales, appointment mapping and/or agent sales support
- Ability to handle objections and overcome them based on training tools and scripting objectives
- An incredible work ethic and show up to work every day on time
- Familiarity with Windows-based programs
- Work independently while being a team player.
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
