Role Overview: As a Sales Appointment Setter at AtWork Personnel, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential clients. Your primary objective will be to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, engaging potential clients, and scheduling appointments for our Sales Executives. Your role will be essential in helping us achieve our sales targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Identification: Research and identify potential clients within the target market through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
  2. Cold Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to introduce AtWorks services and value proposition to potential clients.
  3. Qualification: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the client's staffing needs, challenges, and goals. Determine whether there is a genuine opportunity for collaboration.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Utilize persuasive communication skills to book high-quality appointments for Sales Executives with decision-makers, ensuring a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies, share insights, and optimize outreach efforts for maximum impact.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and our range of staffing solutions to effectively communicate the company's offerings.
  8. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a bonus.
