HN REPUBLIC is an Architectural design, Code/Zoning consulting and DOB Expediting company in Downtown Manhattan.

We work closely with investors and property managers to find a solution for their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to gather project requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using software such as SolidWorks, MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Rhinoceros 3D
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making revisions as necessary
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure design feasibility
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure accurate implementation of design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets and timelines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as SolidWorks, MicroStation, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and building codes

-NYC Building Code and Zoning Resolution knowledge
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to effectively communicate design ideas through drawings, presentations, and written documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in architectural design is required.
