Our General Liability practice is seeking motivated associates with 5 to 10 years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters (i.e., premises liability, personal injury, automobile/trucking accidents, construction defect, habitability matters, etc.). Requirements
- Must be admitted to the State Bar of California
- 5-10 years of experience working on the defense of general liability matters, with significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing, and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
