Title: BAW Developer Lead Location: Jersey City, NJ (fully remote but would ideally want them local to NY/JC location if we can in case they want them to come in) really prefer someone in the NYC Metro area Duration: 12 months JD: Must have strong experience leading a project (NOT a PM though)ideally just a BAW Dev Lead True lead experience - assigning requirements, tracking deliverables, code review, etc. Must have strong written/verbal skills Has to be technical and hands on to do the BAW development as well Will have 3 other contractors working under them Candidate need to have HEAVY full-lifecycle development experience leading projects from inception to completion.
